Our payment model employs a prepaid, pay as you go format and isn't a recurring subscription. This lets you choose to pay based on your consumption for more control and autonomy.
Here's an overview of how it works:
1. Purchase: You can purchase time to add to your time balance, in amounts of time of 1,000 or 100 hours.
2. Usage: Your time balance is deducted based on your usage. If you have multiple time purchases available, the one purchased earliest will be used first.

Kindly note that purchases expire after 1 year and are non-refundable. Please see our refund policy for more information.
