We're not aware of any issues affecting our systems.
Please note that in order for the CleverCaptions service to maintain its operationality, it requires upstream services to reliably perform in a compatible manner. In particular, CleverCaptions only works on YouTube videos that have captions available to it, and can't work on videos without them.
While we will strive to ensure operationality, at the same time, the operational status of the CleverCaptions service also depends on YouTube's service status and state. Changes made by YouTube to how their platform works could affect CleverCaptions' functionality at any time.
CleverCaptions is an independent service and is not associated or affiliated with YouTube or Google. Therefore, we do not have any control, influence, or privileged information on if and when they make any changes.
In the event you observe a persisting issue with CleverCaptions, affecting the operational functionality or performance of our service, we'd greatly appreciate you proceeding to file a bug report to notify us of it.
